At Seaside Brands, we want you to absolutely love your gear. Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we maintain the following policy:

We offer refunds or reprints for:

  • Items that were sent incorrectly (wrong design, wrong size sent by us)

  • Damaged or defective products

Exclusions:

  • Sizing Issues: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size. Please refer to our size charts before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Since each item is printed on demand, we cannot offer refunds for changes of mind.

Guidelines:

  • Refund or reprint requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • To request a resolution, please contact us at Support@seasideprints.co with your order number and photo proof of the issue.
